• The person responsible for the payment understands and agrees that all deposits and charges are incurred by brooklynnylimoservice.com and are non-refundable if the service is not canceled.
• Acceptable payment methods include cash, checks, and major credit cards. ( Visa, MC, Discover). 3.5 percentage surcharge on credit cards
• The Customer authorizes all unpaid deposits and balances with verbal or signed acceptance of the services.
• When you pick it up, payment will be required.
• brooklynnylimoservice.com reserves all rights to replace any vehicle with another one if it’s the same size or larger vehicle and the vehicle is not different in color. All prices are contingent on availability at the time of booking, and rates can change without notice.
• Smoking is not permitted inside brooklynnylimoservice.com vehicles. If a passenger is found smoking inside the car will be asked to put out the cigarettes or cigars, and the Customer is subject to 100 dollars for each incident. It is illegal to possess or sell and consume any narcotic. Infractions could result in the immediate cancellation of your service contract and the forfeiture of any fees or deposits due for service.
• Customers are entirely responsible for clean-up charges due to negligence or vomit. $350.00 cost for car damage caused by the passengers
• Drivers are not permitted to go over the number of passengers listed on your contract.
• The gratuity for the driver has not been required; it would be significantly appreciated
• that brooklynnylimoservice.com is not responsible for delays caused due to traffic conditions, accidents, or other acts of God. Any delay caused by the above causes will be refunded at the end of the scheduled charter. The Customer is responsible for the total amount due to any reduction in the duration of the vehicle or service duration.
• Your charter will be extended beyond the allotted time frame. If this happens, you will be billed for the rest of your time in 1-hour increments. This charge will be in proportion to the standard charges for that day, which will be stated on your contract.
• Children under 21 are not allowed to drink alcohol. There will be no alcoholic beverages permitted in vehicles for passengers under the age of 21 without a parent or guardian present. The ride will end with the forfeiture of any charges and deposits if any alcoholic beverages are detected on a person under 21. In no way are minors permitted to drink alcohol. Alternative drinks are available at the customer’s request at an additional charge.
• Payment is made by the person responsible. All charges and deposits are taken care of from brooklynnylimoservice.com and are non-refundable in the case of cancellation.
• No refunds are available when the service is terminated due to any unruly behavior, damages to the vehicle, or any other reason brooklynnylimoservice.com believes to be valid. brooklynnylimoservice.com reserves all rights to refuse service if it deems essential.
• Unwinding from the sunroof while the vehicle is operating is not permitted. Minors cannot use the car without the sunroof shut or locked. The dividers must remain secured.
• brooklynnylimoservice.com’s employees, as well as brooklynnylimoservice.com, are expected to make decisions on their own.

brooklynnylimoservice.com cannot be held responsible for:

• The luggage or other items carried on can be damaged or lost, including its contents. Things that are susceptible to damage during transit
• While we’re pleased to let you bring your compact disks, videotapes, and other personal belongings, we don’t take any responsibility for items in the vehicle at or after the limousine rental period.
• Any failure or inability to use the service, irrespective of the reason, includes but is not the limitation of communications issues or other shortcomings with the transmission or delivery of information accessible through it.
• Suppose there is any physical injury to the limousine caused by the Customer or any other passenger. In that case, the limousine will incur an additional fee of $350.00 to fix and clean the limousine. This applies to anyone who gets sick inside the limousine. brooklynnylimoservice.com is the sole party responsible for determining whether the limousine is suitable for use in unusual ways or worn out. It also has the knowledge and experience to manage all hire limousine use.
